Together, we define the visual direction, content and features included in the quote. I personally design and check your website, then present it for your approval before it goes live.
Monthly billing follows your subscription date. You can cancel at the end of the period already paid for, without an extra month being imposed. The annual price equals ten monthly payments for twelve months of service: two months free. The year is paid in advance. Voluntary cancellation does not result in a refund, and service continues until the period ends, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Renewal is automatic, with a reminder 30 days beforehand. You can disable renewal until the renewal date.

The schedule is set out in the quote and takes account of payment and receipt of the necessary materials. After thirty days without a reply despite a reminder, the project is put on hold and a revised schedule is provided when it resumes, without an automatic penalty or presumed approval. The effect of a delay on subscription billing is explained before ordering.
Yes, in every subscription plan. I handle domain registration, configuration and hosting. You do not need to manage anything technical. With a one-time purchase, domain and hosting have annual fees specified in the quote.
Of course. You can entrust me with several independent projects, each with its own plan, quote and billing.
